Our Mission
We started Grey Sparling Solutions to help PeopleSoft customers protect their investment in their PeopleSoft systems and bridge the gap to Fusion. As the former technology strategists at PeopleSoft, we've been involved in defining the next generation of PeopleSoft technology several times. We recognized that PeopleSoft customers can take advantage of many of these benefits today, while they wait for Fusion.

President
Most PeopleSoft customers would recognize Larry as PeopleSoft's expert
and visionary for Reporting and Business Intelligence. As the lead
technologist for Reporting, Larry has had the opportunity to set the
vision and direction of PeopleSoft's reporting, Business Intelligence,
and Data Warehousing Strategy for the past 9 years.

Larry has presented at
countless conferences and user group meetings on the following:
- PeopleSoft reporting strategy, including all reporting tools PeopleSoft develops and packages
- Process Scheduler and Report Distribution
- PeopleSoft EPM and Enterprise Warehouse
- Tree Manager
- Financial Reporting strategy
- General Ledger
Larry also has more than 6 years of high-impact consulting
experience. His specialty was strategic implementation consulting for
largest, most complex organizations. At PeopleSoft, Larry was
responsible for making its most strategic customers successful:
PeopleSoft's first, and largest Projects implementation, PeopleSoft's
largest AP implementation, PeopleSoft's first Global implementation,
and PeopleSoft's largest GL implementation. Many of the enhancements
that Larry developed at customer sites were adopted by PeopleSoft
development and released in later versions of the products.

Director of Engineering
During Brian's 20+ year career in software, he has been involved in
ground breaking projects in both Business Intelligence and Web-based
business applications.

Prior to founding Grey Sparling Solutions, Brian was a Senior
Software Architect for NetSuite, the leading SaaS (Software as a Service)
provider for small to medium-sized businesses. During his five year tenure, he
architected and implemented a scalable real-time component-based
reporting infrastructure as well as NetSuite's initial Payroll
and CRM implementations.
While at PeopleSoft, Brian was the lead developer for the
Reporting and Analysis team. In addition to driving the architecture of
all of PeopleSoft's reporting and analysis offerings, Brian created and
developed both the Open Query API driver (which is the primary
extraction API into PeopleSoft data) and Cube Manager (which is the
primary means of building OLAP cubes from PeopleSoft data). His work
was crucial to PeopleSoft's Budgeting and EPM products.

Chief Architect
Most PeopleSoft customers would recognize Chris as PeopleSoft's
technology expert and guru. During Chris's tenure at PeopleSoft, Chris
has managed the PeopleTools strategy group, acted as PeopleSoft's
technology architect and evangelist.

Chris has presented at countless
conferences and user group meetings on all aspects of PeopleSoft's
technology infrastructure, including:
- PeopleSoft's development architecture and framework
- PeopleSoft's security infrastructure
- PeopleSoft's integration infrastructure
- PeopleSoft's batch infrastructure
- PeopleSoft's internet architecture
- PeopleSoft's support and upgrade architecture
Chris also has several years experience as PeopleSoft's premier technology product consultant in PeopleSoft International.
